More transparent service IMS: consult the new service catalogue

Starting April 14, 2022, IMS will offer its products and services in a new way on the Intranet. You will find the new Service Catalogue under the quick link 'IT@Work' among others via the Internet homepage, Self Service Portal (SSP) and on the IMS homepage.

With this new service catalogue, which is intuitive, compact and searchable, we aim not only to be transparent about our services, but also to increase customer satisfaction and achieve a higher quality of service.

The catalogue provides insight into the (details of) services and products and the associated service / delivery agreements. Products and services can now be ordered via a theme with one or a few mouse clicks via a form. This form is then automatically processed by the right processes and colleagues within IMS, which speeds up the lead time of an order.

The five most frequently used products and services can now be ordered with a single mouse click. You can also easily click through to the Self Service Portal (SSP) for support or to give feedback on the new service catalogue.

In the context of expectation management, you can also immediately see what the lead times are for delivery of products or services (in 90% of cases). Of course, it is also possible to agree on a delivery date, provided it is outside the described lead time.
