Taking care of yourself and each other

Everyone feels low sometimes – it is part of life and is what makes us human. Having a couple of days in which you do not feel at your best is totally normal. In moments like these we may need to take a little extra care of ourselves and each other. This looks different to everyone - some need to be surrounded by friends and loved ones, while others need time alone. Some like to be active, while others like to slow down. Whatever it is that helps you recharge with positive energy, make time for it.  

Lending a helping hand, or offering a friend a listening ear is also key to taking care of each other’s wellbeing. If you notice something is up with a classmate of friend, ask them if they are okay, and help them reach out to support if necessary.
