International Office

As an international student, you can go to the International Office with questions about everything concerning your stay in Eindhoven, such as your visa, housing, scholarships and insurance.  The International Office can be reached through io@tue.nl or +31 40 247 6000.

Student guidance

Your student life is one of the most interesting periods in your life. Yet there may be things that you encounter or have questions about. You can go to Student guidance for information and guidance. The academic advisor of your department is often your first point of contact if you have questions about your studies, such as study planning, study progress, catching up on lectures or exams in case of illness, choosing specializations and electives. An academic advisor can refer you to a student counselor or student psychologist. But you can also make an appointment with these employees yourself. See how to make an appointment here.

LIS Services/Student and reproshop

LIS Services/Student offers all students ICT support. If you have purchased a notebook through the TU/e notebook regulation you are also entitled to hardware support.
If you did not purchase a notebook through our notebook regulation, we advise you to contact the seller or manufacturer of your notebook if you have hardware problems.

The repro shop offers printing, copying, binding and finishing services.
