When and how can I submit a request for termination of enrollment?

Submit your request for termination of enrollment once you are certain that you would like your enrollment for the program to be terminated. Ensure that you submit your request via Studielink on the last day of the month by 23.59 at the latest, in order for your enrollment to be terminated on the 1st of the following month.

Termination of enrollment cannot be backdated.

Submit your request via Studielink. On the “Study programs” tab, find the enrollment that you would like to terminate and click the “Terminate enrollment” button. Then select the reason “termination of enrollment (in between times or after obtaining propaedeutic phase” and the desired termination date. Please note! the date is always the 1st of the month in question, and you cannot choose a date in the past.

You will also be asked to provide the name and bank account number of the person to whom any excess tuition fees may be paid.
