Final examination sessions

As a rule, the Examination Committee holds an exam meeting every month (with the exception of July).

Requests to the Examination Committee can be submitted via this web form (this is preferred) or via examination.committee.cec@remove-this.tue.nl.

The final examination can only be taken if all relevant study components of the Bachelor exam program have been completed and that the BEP (Bachelor final project) report (as a single PDF file no larger than 10 MB) has been handed in via examination.committee.cec@remove-this.tue.nl.
The Examination Committee will specify, in the case of all students who have registered on time for the final examination, whether they have passed the exam and whether they may be eligible for a designation. The examination candidates are not present at this meeting. You will receive written information about the way in which the degree certificate will be awarded.

You register for the final examination on the closing date at the latest. You do this via OSIRIS by clicking on ‘Voortgang’ then by selecting ’Diploma aanvragen’. 

You will only be included on the final list of candidates for the exam meeting if all relevant exam results have been registered in Osiris at least one week before the meeting and the BEP has been handed in at least one week prior to the exams meeting concerned.

• Presentation of the Bachelor's degree program first-year certificate in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry in autumn/second half of 2024 (exclusively for students who have completed the propaedeutic phase nominally)
• Presentation of the Chemical Engineering and Chemistry Bachelor's degree in autumn/second half of 2024 during MomenTUm.

*If your degree was recorded in the exam meeting of September 25, 2024 or later, you will receive the bachelor's degree during the MomenTUm edition of 2025.
