Master Construction Managament and Engineering (CME)

In principle all PT and SI students have access to the CME program. The Master program is especially relevant for students with an interest in the Construction Management and Urban Development: using urban/building sciences and management and innovation sciences to develop solutions for urban development with particular emphasis on smart cities. For students that followed the PT-Living package or the SI-Sustainability for the built environment package, CME is the obvious continuation of their study. These students already followed four courses from the department of the Built Environment.

Students that have an interest in the field of CME are suggested to follow the package Urban Systems and Real Estate 1 or 2. Following one of these packages is not compulsory, but is a good preparation. Students that have questions about the CME Master program or need advice on the courses that should follow in the Bachelors can contact prof. Bauke de Vries (B.d.Vries@tue.nl).
