This is a general timeline for starting your BEP in Q3. Please note that the BEP can only be done in one semester (two quartiles)!

| Plenary introduction meeting for students: announcement via email | |
| wk 4-5 | Registration in Osiris and indicate preferences (student) |
| wk 5 | Admission check (Center for Student Administration (CSA) IE&IS) |
| wk 6 | Coupling student-project-supervisor; student is informed (Education coordination IE&IS) |
| wk 7-8 | Getting acquainted with supervisor, group and project; settlement of dates and meetings etc (student and supervisor) and submission project outline |
| Quarter 3-4 | |
| Q3, week 1 | Start of the project |
| Q3, week 8 | Intermediate report |
| Q4, week 8 | Final report |
