Master's programs - Phasing Out
Since all Master’s programs have been revised as of 2015/16, the old style Master’s programs will be phased out.
Students who have started their program in 2014/15 or earlier may have to deal with changes in their Master’s program. However, this depends on issues such as your personal composition of the Master’s program, your study progress and your personal planning. Changes in courses (in contents and/or study load (ECTS)) will be communicated by the department that coordinates the Master’s program. The following transition arrangements were made. All old style students who have passed all courses and have started their graduation project by 1 September 2017 at the latest, will be allowed to stay in the old style curriculum until 31 August 2018. It has been decided that transferred students need to participate in the TU/e Diagnostic Test of Professional Skills, then develop a personal development plan, and subsequently discuss this plan with their mentor during the first quarter (PER art. 3.4) of their revised Master’s program.
Please consult your study advisor for details concerning your personal planning.
*) Does not apply to Chemical Engineering students, since this program has already been revised as of September 2014.
