Application procedure

You can apply for an administrative grant via Osiris. You will be sent an invitation by the student counselor at beginning of the month June, 2019, once the student association federations have issued the names of students eligible for an administrative grant.

After you have submitted a complete application via Osiris, we will check whether you meet the requirements for an administrative grant. We will also check that your association does not exceed the total number of months that are available to the association.

Application procedure

You can apply for an administrative grant via Osiris. You will be sent an invitation by the student counselor during the month of June 2019, once the student association federations have issued the names of students eligible for an administrative grant.

After you have submitted a complete application via Osiris, we will check whether you meet the requirements for an administrative grant. We will also check that your association does not exceed the total number of months that are available to the association.

Allocation and payment

If you already meet the academic progress requirement in July that applies during the period of your administrative duties, and you also meet the other conditions, the administrative grant will be paid in full in July/August. You will then receive an email confirming the award of financial support. If it is clear that you do not meet the other conditions (75% requirement, first year diploma), you will receive a provisional decision rejecting your application.

If, at that time, you have not yet satisfied the academic progress requirement for the administrative function year but have met the other requirements, a reassessment will take place in September to establish whether you have obtained sufficient credits by then. You will then receive either a notification of award or a provisional decision rejecting your application by email. If applicable, payment will take place in October.

Objection

If you do not agree with the student counselorĀ“s provisional decision to reject your application, you will have two weeks to respond.   After that, a decision will be taken. If you do not respond, the provisional decision will become final after two weeks. If you do not agree with this decision, you can lodge an objection with the Executive Board within six weeks of notification of the decision.
