Uniform opening hours for TU/e buildings from January 1, 2025

From January 1, 2025, TU/e buildings will have new, uniform opening hours! Here’s what you need to know:

• General Hours: All buildings will be open Monday to Friday, 07:30–20:00 (7:30 AM–8:00 PM).
• Exceptions:
  • MetaForum: Open Monday to Friday, 07:30–22:00, and Saturday & Sunday, 10:00–21:00.
  • Neuron: Open Monday to Friday, 07:30–22:00 but closed on weekends.

These changes aim to make campus life more vibrant, especially in the evenings, with more people around at the same time. Plus, it’ll be clearer for everyone—students, staff, and visitors—and help make campus operations like security and cleaning more efficient.

We’re committed to keeping the campus safe, accessible, and full of opportunities for studying, working, and other activities.

Keep in mind:

• During holidays, buildings may have different opening hours.
• During exam periods, MetaForum and Neuron might have special extended hours. These updates will be shared in advance, so keep an eye out!

This applies only to TU/e buildings (not, for example, Alpha) and doesn’t include the Student Sports Centre Eindhoven.
