How can you take care of yourself and others?
- Ask for support if you feel you need it. Below you can find an overview of the various sources of support we offer.
- Stay connected – a good social support network is key to a positive wellbeing. Want to meet new people and expand your social network in Eindhoven? Join an event from one of our many associations.
- If you think someone else may not be doing well, reach out and ask them if they are okay.
- Take care of your physical health. This may sound cliché, but sleeping enough, eating well and balanced meals, and getting enough movement in your day to day is the backbone to a positive wellbeing.
- Know that it’s okay not to be okay. Student life can be tough sometimes, and that’s okay.
