TE Timetable: new tool for accessing your schedule

May 30, 2024

From June 3, 2024, you will be able to find your schedule for the current and the upcoming academic year (2024/2025) in TimeEdit (TE) Timetable, a new tool for accessing schedules. You will still be able to access your schedule for the current academic year via MyTimetable until August 31, 2024. From September 1, 2024, we will use TE Timetable exclusively.

How does TE Timetable work?
TE Timetable allows you to view and download your schedule. You log in with your TU/e credentials. You can see your personal schedule, which includes all courses for which you have registered and all examination dates. Via schedule, you can view the schedule of courses for which you are not registered. The course and examination schedules are published per semester.

You can link TE Timetable to your own calendar application. Your schedule, including any changes, will automatically appear in your own calendar so that you always have the most up-to-date information at hand. You only need to link your schedule to your calendar once. The guidelines explain how to do this.

Did you have a link between MyTimetable and your own calendar application? Then this will expire on September 1, 2024. You can create a new link with TE Timetable.

Linking with Canvas
Your Canvas deadlines do not appear in TE Timetable. However, you can link Canvas deadlines to your own calendar application. You can find out how that works using the guidelines.
