Wouter joined the TU/e team in April 2022 and worked before as consultant in several companies, supporting teams and individuals in their development. He studied Psychology at Radboud University and later also finished a study in coaching. Next to individual career counseling, Wouter hosts career workshops and is also a teacher for a master's elective course on Career Development. In the EngD programs for DEES and SBC, Wouter provides coaching for the professional development of trainees. Next to that, Wouter is active as trainer for professional skills in the bachelor and master curriculum of multiple departments within TU/e.
