BCA Statement
If you are awarded an administrative grant, you will also automatically receive an Extra-Curricular Activities statement from the TU/e. This statement specifies the function you performed and the period in which you performed it. It also lists various competencies you learned during your board year. With this statement, you can prove that you performed the function and that the TU/e has recognized this function by awarding an administrative grant.
If you do not meet the conditions for an administrative grant, you will not receive a BCA statement. In that case, you can request a similar statement from the board of your association, which will also allow you to demonstrate that you performed the administrative function.
Students performing a board year within associations not entitled to a board grant, can apply for a testimonial. A testimonial is an official statement showing that you have been a board member of a study or student association in Eindhoven. The testimonial also mentions the most important competencies you learned as a board member.
