Registration form Bachelor’s Final Project Applied Physics

Dear student,

Please fill in this registration form prior to the start of your Bachelor’s Final Project in Applied Physics. A copy of this registration form will be send to the Center for Student Administration (CSA) of Applied Physics (AP), your supervisor, the group secretary and to your own e-mail address. And don’t forget to register yourself on Osiris for the BEP with the correct course code!

At the end of the project you finish your report and give a presentation. Please send a copy of your report to your first TU/e examiner with a signed Code of Scientific Conduct for the Bachelor’s final project.
