Graduation report

The information on this page applies to both the master Biomedical Engineering and the master Medical Engineering. Click here if you want to go back to the master ME graduation project page.  

The graduation project is finished with a report (in English), a summary (in English and in Dutch), a public presentation (in English) and an oral defence in front of the graduation committee.

Registration for the graduation (public) presentation is done through OSIRIS with the course code 8AFSTUDEREN at least 6 weeks before the presentation takes place. 

For the design of your MSc thesis report cover, always use the right template. You can find it at the bottom of this page. 

Hand in a copy of your report at:

• The members of the graduation committee: at least 3 weeks before the presentation and oral defense (paper version)
• This website: at least one week before the presentation and oral defense
  • Digital version (PDF). The report is made public on the website of the departmental library.

N.B. In case of a confidential report, also hand in a seperate digital front page, as this will be placed in the departmental library instead of the report itself.
