Graduation deadlines

The information on this page applies to both the master Biomedical Engineering and the master Medical Engineering.

Every last Thursday of the month, from August until June, there will be a meeting of the examination committee. Dates and registration end dates can be found in the overview below. Here you can also find the date of the corresponding graduation ceremony. 

Participation to the final exam is only possible if all parts of the master’s program are finished. The examination committee will determine for all registered students if they have passes and are eligible for inclusion on degree certificate (classification with great appreciation or cum laude). During these final exams the student is not present.

Registration for the final exam should be done 2 weeks prior to the examination meeting via Osiris. Your name is put on the final candidate list when the grade of your last educational component is handed in at the educational office. This should be done at least 1 week before the examination meeting.

In Osiris you can easily subscribe yourself for the upcoming examination session. You can do this by clicking on Progress and then Qualification request.
