Final study program
During the second semester you have gained more insight into your choices and your development. You have received feedback from your assessments, you have taken master's electives, perhaps you have participated in your track course, you have worked on a master's project. Now it is time to reflect on the final phase of your master's program.
The Final Study Program is a formal tool for documenting and finalizing your exam program. You formalize your decisions by submitting your completed and signed Final Study Program Form to CSA-ID before the deadline. Note that once you submit the form, your study program is final.
The form allows you to confirm or update your choices regarding your:
- Track
- Specialization in expertise areas
- Electives
- Options M21 semester (+ abroad)
- Double Degree (when applicable)
- Graduation mentor
Handing in the final study program form
All of the above options must be confirmed or updated in the Final Study Program Form. This form is available on the Forms and files page.
The form needs to be digitally signed by you and your graduation mentor and delivered to CSA-ID via email before the deadline; the deadline before the end of the semester before you start your M21 semester, e.g. M21 option. For the deadline, check the Year Planning on the Forms and files page.
CHANGES IN THE FINAL STUDY PROGRAM FORM
After the start of the second year of the master's program, it is not possible to modify the study (examination) program, except for electives and in very specific circumstances. In these cases, the Program Director may decide what action(s) should be taken.
In case your electives change, you must hand in a new updated and digitally signed version of the form to CSA-ID via email.
