Special Master’s track Semiconductor Devices and Technology

Semiconductors – or chips or integrated circuits – are core to our information society. They are in computers, communication networks, and many types of sensors. The goal of the “Semiconductor Devices and Technology” track is to educate you in the broad field of semiconductors, including digital circuits, analog, RF and mixed-signal circuits, and photonic integrated circuits. We will cover the theory, design, fabrication and characterization, as well as applications. In the final phase of the program, you will do independent research in a relevant academic group or company.
