‘Internal double diploma’ refers to the situation in which a student is attempting to acquire the degrees and accompanying diplomas of several TU/e bachelor programs. The information on these pages is intended for Bachelor students wanting to obtain an internal double diploma. It explains the steps necessary to start an internal double diploma program.
Requirements
In order to be able to start an internal double diploma students need to meet the following requirements:
- the internal double diploma program must meet the requirements of both bachelor programs (see PER of each bachelor program in the education guide);
- the internal double diploma program must have a minimum of 225 credits and a maximum of 270 credits;
- the components in the total internal double diploma program may only appear once;
- the internal double diploma program needs to be approved by both Examination Committees;
- submit your request to the Examination Committees before the start of your third year of registration for the program(s).
Procedure
Before you can start your internal double diploma program, there are different stages you have to complete. Stage 3 and 4 can be followed intertwined.
- Gather online information about basic internal double diploma program requirements
- Check your admission for both bachelor programs
- Plan your internal double diploma program according to TU/e - and educational regulations
- Contact the academic advisors of both bachelor programs
- Submit your internal double diploma program to both Examination Committees
After completion of all stages and after the internal double diploma program has been approved by both Examination Committees, you can officially start your internal double diploma program.
