TU/e and ASML have made arrangements on internships and conducting research at ASML. The arrangements relate to such things as intellectual property rights, confidentiality, liability and insurance. The arrangements have been in place since 1 January 2018 and are set out in the 'Internship and graduation project framework agreement'.
The 'Internship and graduaction project framework agreement' is important for TU/e students doing internships or carrying out graduation research at ASML, and for TU/e supervisors supervising these students. It also has consequences for members of Examination Committees, thesis committees and review committees (NVAO) who need to have access to the internship report or final thesis for quality control.
Every TU/e student who does an internship or carries out graduation research at ASML is required to sign an Individual Internship Agreement linked to the Framework Agreement.
