TU/e and Lely Holding S.à.r.l. have made arrangements on internships and conducting research at Lely Holding S.à.r.l. The arrangements relate to such things as intellectual property rights, confidentiality, liability and insurance. The arrangements have been in place since 1 October 2019 and are set out in the 'Internship and graduation project framework agreement'.
The 'Internship and graduaction project framework agreement' is important for TU/e students doing internships or carrying out graduation research at Lely Holding S.à.r.l., and for TU/e supervisors supervising these students. It also has consequences for members of Examination Committees, thesis committees and review committees (NVAO) who need to have access to the internship report or final thesis for quality control.
TU/e students
Every TU/e student who does an internship or carries out graduation research at Lely Holding S.à.r.l. is required to sign an Individual Internship Agreement linked to the Framework Agreement.
TU/e supervisors and members of the Examination Committee, thesis committee and review committee
The Framework Agreement lays down that TU/e supervisors and members of the Examination Committee, thesis committee and review committee (NVAO) must have access to confidential information at all times, insofar as that type of information is included in the student's report or graduation project.
The full content of the Framework Agreement can be requested for inspection from the department's internship coordinator.
