Meant for
International Bachelor & Master students, Exchange students and employees who have a starters level of the Dutch language (CEF A2) and wish to go to the lower intermediate level (CEF A2+)
Aim
At the end of the course you will be able to to:
- understand enough to manage simple, routine exchanges without undue effort
- make yourself understood and exchange ideas and information on familiar topics in predictable everyday situations, provides the other person helps if necessary
- initiate, maintain and close simple, restricted face-to-face conversation
- describe past activities and personal experiences. Use simple descriptive language to make brief statements about objects and possessions and compare them
Study load
The 16 lessons take place twice a week and last 1.75 hours. You are expected to spend around 3 to 4 hours a week on self-study.
