SFC55 - Self-Assessment

Learning objectives: Becoming more aware of your strengths and personal interests, so you can more efficiently find jobs that match your qualities. Knowing yourself better will also improve your performance during a network conversation or job interview.

Content: During this workshop, you will (1) obtain better insight into your qualities, (2) get to know your core personality traits, and (3) find out where your interests lie. Discover what you have to offer concerning your competencies and what you can still improve as a (young) professional. With the use of the STAR method you will learn how to illustrate your competencies and personality traits based upon previous experiences. During a job interview questions about your strengths and weaknesses might be asked, so this training will help you to be prepared for that as well.
