Experience challenge-based learning in an interdisciplinary team, working on a real-life open-ended societal challenge.

The course combines the design and engineering of a product/service/system and new business development. The course involves no lectures, but studio style group work, and personal and team development. Several out-of-the box workshops will be given, either online or offline. Students are stimulated to take responsibility for their own learning.

Besides the innovation Space design challenge, there are numerous courses offered by different departments at the TU/e, specifically aiming at entrepreneurial skills for PhD and EngD students. Whether it is via wide skills such as value creation or obtaining the entrepreneurial mindset, or via focused skills such as entrepreneurial finance, a whole overview can be found on this separate page.
