How to submit a request

Would you like to submit a request to the Examination Committee Mechanical Engineering? As of 4 June 2024, it can be done through Osiris Case. In Osiris Case you will find all your requests in one overview, and you can easily follow the progress of your request. If you are unable to submit a request via Osiris Case, please contact CSA ME.

Double diploma programs
If you want to submit a request for an internal double diploma, please follow this procedure. Do not submit requests for an internal double diploma via the Osiris Case.
Request form
Until 1 September it is still possible to submit a request by filling in the word document below this page. It is important that the request is supported by references to relevant PER or ER articles. It is also important to include all the relevant attachments for the following requests:

Note: Requests that are submitted after the deadline will automatically be postponed to the next Examination Committee meeting.

Change elective space: To approve changes in your exchange program, you will have to submit a form change elective space (exchange). You can find this form in the downloads. You will also have to submit course information regarding level and # credits in a separate file.
Double degree Bachelor: You can find the request form for a bachelor double degree here. Make sure you discuss this first with your academic advisor before you send this to the Examination Committee.
Exemption form: The form to request an exemption can be found in the downloads. It is important to add relevant course information from your previous education. The secretary of the Examination Committee will contact the lecturer of the relevant course.
