Please note, enrollment in the pre-master program AI&ES is only possible in September. It is not possible to start the pre-master program AI&ES in February.
The admission and registration for a pre-master program relating to a master program are open to students who are in possession of a Higher Vocational Education (Hbo) degree certificate or a university Bachelor's degree certificate as well as a maximum of a 30 EC deficiency to be able to follow the master program.
If the certificate has not yet been actually awarded, the prospective student may still enroll in the pre-master program on condition that before the start of the pre-master program the student is in the possession of a statement by the Examination Committee of the institution in question declaring that the student has fulfilled the conditions for obtaining the university or Hbo certificate.
English proficiency requirements
To successfully participate in a pre-master program at TU/e, you need to have a sound knowledge of the English language. Therefore, when you apply for a pre-master program, you need to provide proof that you have (at least) a pre-university (VWO) level in English.
Math proficiency requirements
To be able to successfully complete a pre-master program at TU/e, you must have a sound understanding of mathematics B or T. Therefore, when you apply for a pre-master program, you must provide proof that you have the required minimum level of mathematics: pre-university (VWO) mathematics B or T.
