The results of this evaluation were provided to the teachers, and have been discussed with the Director of Education and the Program Committee. In general the evaluation outcomes are positive.
Bachelor's Program
The response rate of the evaluations of Q3 varied between 25 - 47%. For six courses students expressed their appreciation for the course in grades ranging from 6.4 to 8.2. One course even received a 9! No courses received an insufficient grade. Students are in general satisfied with their teachers. This quartile showed a distinct improvement in many areas. The workload and organization of a couple of courses was the focal point for improvement.
Master's Program
The response rate of the course evaluations in Q3 ranged between 24 - 53%. Students expressed their appreciation for the courses in grades ranging from a 6.7 to 7.6. Students valued courses as very relevant in their study program, and all lectures were appreciated. The workload was the main point for improvement.
Improvement
When looking at the evaluation outcomes of the bachelor and master courses in quarter 3, we see opportunities for improvement. In general students are satisfied with the courses and lecturers but there is room for improvement in the workload distribution in both Bachelor and Master courses.
The results of the evaluations will be discussed in the Education Councils and with a delegation of the Program Committee. Within these meetings the plans for improvements will be discussed.
