MyTimetable

In MyTimetable you can see and download your current schedule. This includes your lecture schedule and also all the dates for exams. MyTimetable also shows any assignments that are in Canvas. If you use a digital calendar such as Outlook, Google Calendar or Apple Calendar, you can synchronize the information in MyTimetable with this.  

Synchronizing your digital calendar with MyTimetable means you always have the most up-to-date information at hand. You can view your schedule per day, week or month. Your calendar also includes your exam schedule. It is also possible to see all your activities displayed in list form.  

Just click on the activity in your schedule to find out all the details, for example where you need to be on campus, or if it is an online lecture. 

Canvas is linked to MyTimetable When your lecturer adds assignments in Canvas, they automatically appear in your personal schedule in MyTimetable. 

If you are looking for more information about a course, the first place to visit is the OSIRIS course catalog. If you have already registered for a course, you can find all the course information in Canvas. 

Use MyTimetable to synchronize your schedule with the calendar app on your smartphone or tablet, so you will see automatically if there are any changes in your schedule. Once you have synchronized, it may take a couple of hours for everything to show in your calendar app, but as soon as it is up and running you will only have to keep an eye on a single calendar. Click on ‘Connect calendar’ in the top right-hand corner and select the calendar you wish to link. You will automatically see a description of the synchronization process. If your type of calendar is not shown, choose ‘other’.  

• Turn on notifications to get an alert if there is a change in your schedule. 
• You can also download and print your personal schedule. 
• If you have a sight impairment, you should use MyTimetable via the mobile display. This allows you to use all the extra options, such as text-to-speech software, braille displays and the keyboard. 
• If a course does not appear in MyTimetable, check that you are properly registered for the course in OSIRIS.
